Hello!
My name is Muling Tzai.
the "ts" of "cats"
and "ai" in "sky".

I love telling stories with and for people! On top of my old drawing hobby, I spent the past few years honing my skills in 3D animation, with minor in Art History & Film Studies
Recently, I finished "Land of No Man," an animated film co-directed with Olivia Lin, upon completing my BFA in Computer Animation at Ringling College of Art and Design (Sarasota, FL.). It received the honor of Gold Juror’s Award at Best of Ringling.
Growing up in Taipei's Wenshan District, I developed a strong connection to environments and landscapes, which often become silent characters in my films. Drawing inspiration from conversations and observations of both the heavy and light parts of human experience, I create experimental animations that invite audiences to smile, and think that perhaps everyone shares the same feelings after all.
My sketchbook is filled with houses, trees and furniture. In my free time you'd find me watching movies, drinking milk, and begging my friends to play Bridge with me.
